Robert B. Peddy, Jr. was born and raised in Lakeland. After graduating from Lakeland Senior High School, he earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
His courtroom work began as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit, where his assignments included special-prosecution work involving white-collar crime. He later practiced civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense with Wendel, Chritton & Parks, becoming a named partner before establishing the Law Offices of Peddy, P.A. in 2000.
Today, the firm remains focused on the two kinds of cases where preparation and judgment can change the course of a person’s life: family law and criminal defense.
